Exercises You Can Do Outdoors

Sometimes, men believe that the only way to exercise is to attend the gym, but that is not true. Actually, there are many places where you can perform an exercise routine.

Therefore, here are four of them so you can start doing it outdoors.

Exercises You Can Do Outdoors

1. Descents:

Sit on a bench in the chosen park and put your hands on the seat. Go forward your legs until your back is “in the air.” Flex your arms so that your shoulders do not exceed the height of your elbows, and then push yourself up, until you stretch your arms. You must do 2 sets of 10 repetitions.

2. Planks:

Place your feet together, leaning on a bench seat. The back should be straight and the hands on the ground, at the same distance as your shoulders. Flex your arms until your chin rubs on the floor, and then stretch them again to push yourself up. It is recommended to do 2 sets of 10 repetitions.

3. Planks at 45 degrees:

Stand in front of the bench. Rest your hands on the backrest, shoulder-width apart, and back up until your body is tilted at an angle of 45 degrees. You should put your feet together, your body straight and contract your abs. You must make 2 sets of 15 Planks each.

4. Abs with bicycles:

The movement is very similar to what is done when cycling, but you must sit with your hands resting on the bench, contract your abdominal muscles and stretch one leg behind the other in front of you, trying to bring your knees to your chest. The routine consists of 2 sets of between 30 seconds to one minute.
